Below that, you can dive deeper into individual orders by tapping Orders. On the far right side of the table, scroll down to see a list of all your active referrals.

Once you've decided to register with Amazon and obtain your ClickBank ID, you'll now need to choose what type of ID you'll need. There are three basic types:

You may notice that Multi-site membership requires you to provide proof of ownership for each of your affiliated websites. Therefore, you'll likely want to pick Single Affiliate Account unless you feel comfortable sharing financial documents with potential partners. But regardless of the choice you make, there are a few additional details you need to pay attention to:
Your default payment processor
Your tax rate
Which currency you accept payments in
Your shipping fees

As well as being required to link your Amazon Associates account to your main ClickBank account, you must also verify your identity. This involves uploading a copy of either passport photo or government issued identification card.

Finally, you'll need to specify your billing zipcode. This simply refers to the area in which you live and ensures that Amazon knows exactly where to deliver orders placed through your store.
To access your Amazon ID, head over to the My Account page and scroll down until you reach the "Account Settings" section. From here, click on the "Associates & Referrals" tab followed by the "My Associates Info" button. Here you'll see your current Amazon ID, which is typically named after the URL you originally entered during registration.
However, if you no longer remember the original URL you registered with, you can always view your Amazon ID by clicking on the "View Details" button next to your Amazon Name. Scrolling down further reveals your current status ("Active", "Disabled", "Pending Approval"), the date you joined the program ("Joined Date") and the last four digits of your Amazon ID ("Affiliates_Store_Id").
If you want to update your Amazon ID, click on the pencil icon to edit it. Simply enter the desired changes and hit save.
In terms of minimum subscriber numbers, there's currently no official rule enforced by Amazon. 1. Apply for the Amazon Affiliate Program
If you haven't already done so, go ahead and register with them.
Once registered, head over to http://affiliates.amazon.com/associates/join/index.html. Click on Join Now at the top right corner of the page.
At the bottom of the join form there are two sections that require attention. First off, select whether you'd like to become a member of their Affiliate Exchange Network or not. This will determine if you can participate in any other affiliates' programs later on down the road.
Next up, fill out the rest of the information provided. You don't have to provide your full name but some people choose to include it just in case someone wants to contact you directly. It also includes your email address which is used when you submit your application for approval later on. Don't worry too much though because we won't use your real name unless you tell us to.
There's a section called Terms & Conditions near the end of the registration process. Review these carefully before proceeding further. The first few paragraphs contain important details regarding payments made to you and your participation in all future promotions.
When you've finished filling out everything, hit Submit Application button at the bottom of the page.
Amazon requires you to complete a short survey after submitting your application. They ask questions such as "Do you have any experience selling online?" and "Are you currently involved in a business that sells items through Amazon." Be honest!
After completing the survey, you'll receive confirmation via e-mail that your submission was received successfully. After that you'll likely wait around for several weeks until you hear back from Amazon. Keep checking your inbox every day or so.
