ClickBank refunds have been around for many years now. They offer the same services that PayPal does -- but they're free! If you've made a purchase through ClickBank, and want some assistance getting your money back, we hope this article will answer all of your questions about refunds. Keep reading to find out everything you need to know about when and why your account can be blocked, what happens when you try to log in after being blocked, where you'll see your orders listed, and much more.
We also cover ways to unblock your account if you don't want to use ClickBank anymore, and even share some tips about using ClickBank safely so you don't end up buying something you didn't intend to buy.
You can unlock your account by contacting Customer Service at any time (see below). However, if you'd like to avoid having to contact them every single time, there's an easier way. You can set up a password which unlocks your account automatically anytime you enter it. Just follow these steps:
Log into your ClickBank account.
Go to Account Settings " Security & Privacy and scroll down until you reach Password.
Enter a new password for your account under Enter New Password. Make sure it includes uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and punctuation marks. It should not include personal information (like phone number) or anything else that could identify you.
Scroll down again and click Save Changes. Your account has now been protected against unauthorized access.
Now whenever you go to your ClickBank account's login page, you won't have to type in your username and password manually. Instead, just check off Remember me next time before logging in. This feature will save you time because you no longer have to wait while your browser loads the page each time.
The only drawback to this method is that anyone who knows your email address can still reset your password and gain full control over your account. So make sure you keep your passwords secure.

ClickBank is an online marketplace for digital products. It's where people go to buy software (eBooks), apps, videos, audio files, etc. From the moment you sign up, you'll be able to start shopping. The only problem is that sometimes you may not end up getting what you paid for. If this happens, there are several ways to resolve the issue.
Let's say you signed up for one of their free trials but didn't like the product. You're out some time and effort trying to use it, so you decide to uninstall it completely. But when you try to delete the app on your device, all you see is "Uninstall" and nothing else. What should you do in this case? In fact, there are many other situations where you might run into problems with your ClickBank transactions -- and even if they don't directly affect your purchase, they could still impact future ones. We'll cover those scenarios below along with our recommended solutions.
Before we dive into the details, it's important to know whether ClickBank is legitimate. This will determine the best way forward for you. Is it safe to make purchases through them? Do you have any recourse if something goes wrong? Are refunds possible? These questions deserve answers before making any purchases. Here's everything you need to know about affiliate marketing through ClickBank.
What is affiliate marketing? Affiliate marketers earn commissions by promoting brands they endorse through third-party websites. They also receive compensation whenever someone buys these endorsed items after clicking on links to affiliates' sites. As long as you pay attention to detail, you won't have any issues at all.
What makes ClickBank different than Amazon or eBay? While both companies allow users to sell physical goods via their platforms, ClickBank focuses primarily on digital content. That means you aren't really selling anything, just sharing information about products you've found useful. Because of this, ClickBank doesn't require sellers to provide shipping addresses or verify identities. Many customers feel more comfortable buying from them because they believe they can safely skip over the hassle of dealing with returns and warranties.
Why does ClickBank offer refunds? When you want to return a purchased item, ClickBank allows you to do so within 30 days. Once you submit a claim, they usually process your request within 24 hours. Sometimes things happen beyond your control, though. There was a recent scandal involving a fake review site called FakeSpot which allegedly helped thousands of consumers defraud ClickBank. Some of these fraudulent reviews were posted on legitimate pages too, leading to hundreds of millions of dollars worth of losses across the industry.
The good news is that since then, ClickBank has made changes to prevent similar incidents from happening again. Now, when you file a complaint against a seller, you must first wait 48 hours before submitting a claim. After that, you must wait another 72 hours before being allowed to withdraw funds from your ClickBank account. Additionally, there's now a dedicated page for reporting scams and frauds.
Once you complete a transaction, you can access detailed information about each individual sale. To view past orders, log into your account and select Orders under My Account. Then, scroll down until you find the list of completed sales. On the next screen, you’ll see the title of every transaction, including its date, price, quantity ordered, description, payment method, and link to the vendor website.
You can also track your credit card statements using the same link. Just enter the last four digits of your billing address and click Go. Scroll down the resulting page until you reach the statement section. Here you can see your total balance due, charges, payments, and history of all transactions.
It depends on the type of question you have. For instance, if you'd rather speak to someone who speaks English instead of relying solely on written instructions, you can call 1-844-CLICKBANK(1-844-255-5984). Or if you prefer email, you can send feedback@clicksource.net. Otherwise, you can check out ClickBank's FAQs page on common inquiries.
We hope this article answered most of your questions about whether or not ClickBank is trustworthy. And while we haven't covered every single scenario, we did give you plenty of options to choose from depending on your situation. Hopefully this will keep you out of trouble!

What is the best way to contact Clickbank Customer Support
The first thing you should know about contacting Clickbank support is that they can't respond instantly to every request. They have a lot of customers using their services so they're always very busy.
That being said, if you haven't received any response within 24 hours, then it's likely that your issue has already been resolved by another person in the team. You might want to check out our article on how long it takes to receive a reply after emailing Clickbank support.
But if you still don't hear anything at all, we recommend checking out these four methods below which will hopefully lead to quicker results.
1) Use the built-in Contact Us form
2) Call them directly
3) Send them an eMail
4) Write a review on Amazon & other sites
If none of those work, try one of these three alternatives instead...
5) Create a Ticket
6) Email ClickBank support through Yahoo Messenger/Skype
7) Submit a ticket via Live Chat on clickbank.com
No. There are no hidden charges when it comes to contacting ClickBank.
"Contacting" ClickBank means sending them emails, calling their phone number, or using their live chat feature. You can also send them messages through Facebook Messenger if they have one of those accounts.
If you're having trouble reaching someone at ClickBank, don't give up! This guide will show you how to use all available options so you won't lose hope in finding out more about your order. Contacting ClickBank Support
First things first: make sure you double-check that you entered your information correctly. Sometimes mistakes happen, especially if you were rushing because you thought you had time to spare.
Once you're confident that you typed everything right, hit Send/Receive button. After a few minutes, you might notice that your email bounced back because it wasn't sent properly. Don't worry, just try again. And remember to change your settings to 'Always allow' if needed.
The next step is to wait until tomorrow morning when most of the agents log into their computers. That way, you'll have better chances of being contacted immediately and resolving the issue faster.
Live Chat
Even if you're lucky enough to reach a real person during business hours, they might not answer your question.
ClickBank is an online marketplace for digital products that allows users to browse through thousands of different items in each category, including eBooks, courses, software, membership sites, apps, video tutorials, audio recordings, games, surveys and more. The company claims to have over 100 million registered members worldwide.
Despite its huge popularity, there are many dissatisfied customers who feel cheated by the company and wish they could get their money back. But what can be done if you’ve already paid for something but don’t like what you purchased? Here we will look at some ways to get refunds from ClickBank, so you can avoid any unpleasant surprises.
First things first – all sales made via ClickBank are final unless explicitly stated otherwise. This means that once you place an item into your shopping cart, you cannot change your mind later. You must buy whatever you want now because you won't be able to return anything after the fact.
On top of this, ClickBank doesn't offer full refunds within 30 days of purchase (unless specifically mentioned). Instead, you'll receive partial credits that allow you to keep using the product until you're fully satisfied. If you decide to leave the program permanently, you may choose not to use these credits.
In other words, most people who complain about ClickBank aren't actually entitled to a full refund. They just want to get rid of the unwanted item without having to pay extra fees. In some cases, you might even find yourself worse off than before you bought the product!
Unfortunately, no. As explained above, ClickBank does not provide refunds for individual products sold on its website. However, if you've been ripped off by one of the affiliate programs listed on the site, you should contact them directly to resolve the issue.
You can also file a complaint with both the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and Consumer Protection Agency (CPA), though neither organization has jurisdiction over ClickBank itself. Both organizations work with state attorneys general across the country to bring down companies that violate consumer laws.
It's worth noting that ClickBank is part of Amazon, which offers various types of warranty policies depending on the nature of the product being sold. For example, Kindle Fire tablets come with two years of coverage under Amazon's limited warranty. Other devices are covered only by manufacturer warranties. If you own a device that came from Amazon, please check out our article on getting free repairs when Amazon fails to fix your gadget.
As long as you haven't finished paying for your purchase yet, you can always ask ClickBank to remove the item(s) from your shopping cart. Simply log in to your ClickBank account and navigate to My Account " Order History where you'll see your latest transactions. Next to each transaction, you'll find three options: Cancel, Change Payment Method, and Continue Shopping.
To cancel an active payment, simply select the option labelled Cancel. Once you confirm the cancellation request, the item(s) will disappear from your cart. To make sure everything goes smoothly, please double-check that you really want to go ahead with the purchase and remove all of the relevant information from your browser history too (such as cookies and IP addresses).
If you'd prefer to continue shopping elsewhere instead, you should try removing the item(s) from your cart entirely (by clicking Remove Item button next to the checkout section). Alternatively, you can switch to another payment method and complete your purchase. When you finish checking out, you can then ask ClickBank to process the refund.
If you end up asking for a refund, ClickBank will charge your credit card accordingly. There shouldn't be any additional charges beyond the initial amount you were charged. It's possible that certain items might carry hidden costs, however.
For instance, if you ordered a course but didn't pass the quiz, you would probably still be billed for the time spent taking the test. Likewise, if you used a special tool and found that it was useless, you may still be required to pay a fee for the license key.
While it's unlikely that ClickBank will ever ask you to pay again for something you got for free, you should be aware of this possibility. We advise signing up for a monthly subscription plan whenever possible, since you won't incur any costs during the trial period.
Also, remember that ClickBank uses third-party merchants to sell its products. These partners often charge a small percentage of every sale as commission. Although you won't receive direct notification regarding this type of charge, you should read our article on why ClickBank affiliates earn commissions anyway.
We hope this article helped clear up some confusion around refunds at ClickBank. Did you experience problems while trying to get a refund? Let us know in the comments below. And if you enjoyed reading this guide, consider subscribing to our newsletter -- we post new articles daily!
I purchased a product through Clickbank
After trying out the free trial version of the program, I decided that I wanted to buy this course.
The price is $99 which seems like a reasonable amount, but when I went to pay via PayPal, there was no option for me to use Paypal so I decided to go ahead and click on the Buy Now button instead.
When I got to the checkout page, I noticed that they were charging sales tax in New York State even though I live in Pennsylvania. When I checked their site again before paying, I saw an additional note about shipping costs because of the state where I lived. This seemed pretty strange since I had just bought something from them. So I called up one of their representatives who told me that if I paid by credit card then the sales taxes would be automatically added onto my bill, but if I used either PayPal or Google Checkout they wouldn't charge any sales taxes. He also said that once I signed into my account to verify that I actually did make the payment, all charges will be removed.
Well after verifying that I did indeed make the payment using my credit card, I still hadn't received anything in my inbox yet and there was nothing showing up in my email spam folder. After waiting around for another hour and half, I finally sent them an email asking what happened and how long it might take for my order to ship. They replied within 10 minutes telling me that the item has been shipped (which made absolutely zero sense since I never received it) and that they can only send me the tracking number if I request it. Well sure enough, I didn't receive the tracking information until today at 11am.
Just follow our battle-tested guidelines and rake in the profits.
