If we wanted to improve our KPI numbers we'd make sure we increased the number of newsletter sign ups and the number of customers that became subscribers. Once those numbers improved we knew we were getting closer to having a profitable affiliate marketing business.
Once again, this isn't something you can expect to accomplish overnight but with patience and persistence you can slowly work toward increasing your KPI levels.
