When you register, deposit and subscription can't be refunded. A valid credit card is required for paying accounts.
sell-saas.com service is billed in advance on a monthly basis (thirty days) and is non-refundable. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with an open account. In order to treat everyone equally, no exceptions will be made.
You can cancel at any time your subscription on the website. At the end of the monthly subscription period, you will automatically be signed up and billed for an additional subscription term of 30 days. If you do not wish your subscription to auto-renew, you have to previously contact us by mail.
Any plans, offers and price can be modified or cancelled at any time without notice or explanation.
For any upgrade or downgrade in plan level, your credit card that you provided will automatically be charged the new rate on your next billing cycle. Downgrading your Service may cause the loss of Content, features, or capacity of your Account. We do not accept any liability for such loss.
All of your Content will be immediately deleted from the Service upon cancellation. This information can not be recovered once your account is cancelled.

When you join Sell SaaS and start generating sales we will track each sale to the specific currency balance. Each validated payment will increase your balance. Refunds and disputes from your customers will credit your balance negatively to regulate it. We do not take commissions on refunds and disputes. All the balance will should be regulated each 1st of each month.The current balance is based on the history of your transactions. Sales are increasing your balance and refunds decreasing your balance. Every 1st of the month, we will charge your credit card the amount you owe to us, to reset your balance to $0 or 0 €. If you have multiple currencies we will do separate charge for each currency. The commissions can only be paid by credit card. If you do not pay your balance in time, all your software will be locked until you regulate your balance. Sell SaaS™ concept is based on trust between partners and us. You get the money first via Stripe and then you pay us each 1st of each month. Please make sure to organize your revenue to be able to pay us the commission. In case your are not able to pay the commissions in time we reserve the right to suspend your account until we regulate your balance. If your balance remains positive for a long time and you do not pay us we reserve the right to terminate our partnership and migrate the customers to an other partner. In this case we will refund all the payments related to the commissions not paid by you and migrate and inform the customers that their account is moved to an other partner website.
