Uplead Pricing

Uplead offers a seven-day free trial. It comes with fully unlocked features, but it provides you with just five credits. Even the company calls it a test drive because you get a brief overview of how the features work. To start prospecting and building actionable lists of leads, you should upgrade to one of the paid plans. The available plans are:

  1. Basic

  2. Plus

  3. Professional

  4. Enterprise

You can use all Uplead’s features with any of the plans. The difference is in the number of users and credits you get for each price. The Basic plan costs $99 for 200 credits per month. You can purchase additional credits for $0.50 per credit. This plan allows only one agent to use the tool.

The Plus plan offers 500 credits for $199 per month. It is also billed per single user, but the additional credits cost $0.40.

The Professional plan is a solution for bigger teams, enabling an unlimited number of agents to use it and providing them with 1500 credits for $399 per month. You can buy additional credits for $0.30.

These three plans give you the option to choose between a monthly subscription or an annual contract. If you sign up for the annual arrangement, you get a 25% discount.

The Enterprise plan is made for large companies and doesn’t restrict the number of agents. It is only available by signing up for an annual contract. The starting offer is 10,000 credits per year, but the price is negotiable, and you can get more if necessary. You need to contact the company and request a demo to sign up for this plan.

Uplead Free Trial

Signing up for the free trial is simple. You can do it from the Uplead homepage or via the pricing page. Click on Start Free Trial, and you’ll be taken to the screen where you need to insert your:

  • Full name

  • Work email

  • Password

  • Company name

Once the trial is over, you’ll be asked to upgrade to one of the paid plans. You can do this at any time during the trial by clicking on the Upgrade button in the top-right corner of the tool’s dashboard. To the left of the button, you can see how much time you’ve got to use the tool for free.

When it comes to what it can do, Uplead is primarily a tool for looking up contact and company information and building prospect lists. Its features can be classified as:

Uplead Prospecting Feature

Uplead Contact Search

When it comes to prospecting, Uplead provides a robust search feature with a wide range of filters. You can look up contacts and companies in bulk or search for a particular prospect in a specific organization.

Contact Search

The tool enables you to search for contacts by using more than 50 parameters. They are classified as:

  • Industry

  • Title

  • Location

  • Revenue

  • Employees

  • Type

  • Company URL

  • Technologies

  • Other

Searching by Industry

Choose from one of the default industry categories, including retail, mining, services, agriculture, manufacturing, transportation, etc. Clicking on any of the categories will enable you to choose a specific subcategory. You can check multiple boxes if you want to look for leads in more than one industry.

If you know exactly what you’re looking for, you can use the Search by industry name option. Just type in a particular industry, and the tool will provide you with all the related categories and subcategories. You can also specify the industry based on SIC and NAICS codes. 

Searching by Title

You can look up prospects based on job title, job function, and management level. Type in the job titles you want to include and choose whether you want the tool to perform the search based on keywords or the exact match of your input.

Searching by job functions enables you to choose from one of the predefined categories. You can also look for leads based on their management level, including C, D, M, and VP.

Searching by Location

Choose whether you want to perform a search based on the location of the contact or the company that they work for. Narrow down your search results by applying one of these filters:

  • Country

  • Region

  • State

  • Metro area

  • City

  • Zip code

Searching by Revenue and Employee Count

The revenue and employee count filters enable you to use a slider to set up the lowest and highest company revenue you want to include in your search. Performing a search based on the number of employees works the same. Click on Done to apply your filter settings.

Searching by Type

Searching by type includes the following options:

  • Public

  • Private

  • Subsidiary

  • Education

  • Government

  • Nonprofit

With this filter, you can also look for contacts based on the Fortune and Alexa rankings. For the Fortune ranking, you need to choose from one of the given options. Alexa ranking settings use a slider.

Searching by Company URL

If you are targeting a specific company, you can insert its website URL or upload a list of company domains.

Searching by Technologies

Type in the technology you want to focus your search on and check the appropriate categories and subcategories. You can add more technologies or select the ones you want to be excluded from your results.

Searching by Other Factors

The Other filter includes the option to search for contacts and companies based on whether they have social media profiles, such as Twitter, LinkedIn, and Facebook. You can also look for contact information based on when the companies were founded. Insert the years in the From and To fields.

Search Exclusions

You can set up parameters you want to exclude from your list. Select a column such as title, industry, contact name, or company name, and input a specific keyword you want to omit from your search results. 

This filter enables you to exclude EU contacts and companies. The tool can also be set up to remove the results you’ve downloaded in previous searches. You can upload lists of emails, phone numbers, or company URLs you’ve already used so that they aren’t included in your search.

Once you’re finished setting up the search parameters, click on Done, and Uplead will show you all the results it can find in its database. You can save your settings for later use.

Contact Search Results

Uplead Contact Search Results

The contact search results will provide you with a list of crucial information, including:

  • Full name

  • Company

  • Job title

  • Phone

  • Email

  • Location

  • Industry

Click on any contact, and you’ll be taken to the screen where you can see all the crucial information about them. This includes their skills, education, work experience, phone number, company information, and social media profiles. To see the contacts’ email addresses, you have to unlock them by using credits.

Credits are used for unlocking email addresses, exporting contact information into a CSV file, and sending contact details to an integrated CRM. You can perform these tasks manually by clicking on the designated buttons next to every contact. By clicking on the Download button in the top-right corner, you can export all the information for multiple contacts. You need to choose whether you want to export all leads, a specific number of them, or just the ones that you’ve selected.

If you want to save your search results for later use, click on the Save Search button. You can find all your previous sessions in the Saved Searches subtab right below Contact Search.

Company Search

Uplead Company Search Results

The company search feature is similar to the contact search one. The filters are almost the same, minus the search by title option. 

Your search results will provide you with the following details:

  • Company name

  • Industry

  • Revenue

  • Phone number

  • Location

  • Website

  • Contacts available

  • Alexa ranking

By clicking on the companyname, you’ll get an overview of the crucial information such as the address, website, phone number, and social media URLs. You’ll also see the company description, competitor listings, information on the technologies they use, and detailed information about the industry.

You will find a list of contacts within the company below this section. You can also get this list by clicking on the number of available contacts in the search results.

Lookup Feature

If you need to find a particular contact in a specific company, go to the Lookup tab in the navigation menu. Insert the full name of the prospect and the company name or URL. Click on the Search button and see if Uplead can find the person you’re looking for.

Uplead Email Verification Feature

Uplead Email Verification

Uplead provides an email verification feature for the emails you want to unlock or export by using the Download button. For every email address you want to unlock, you will be informed whether its status is Valid or Accept All. The addresses marked as valid have a 97% deliverability rate at the time you’ve unlocked them. The validity of the addresses marked as Accept All cannot be determined, and they are likely to bounce.

When you download contacts in bulk, Uplead will ask you if you want to unlock all email addresses or just the ones that have been determined as valid.

Uplead Email List Verification

By going to the Verify tab, you’ll be taken to the screen where you can upload CSV lists of email addresses that you want to verify. You can also calculate the costs of verifying a specific number of addresses. 

Uplead Data Enrichment Feature

Uplead enables you to enrich lists you have from previous prospecting efforts with the information it can find in its database. This includes lists of:

  3. Emails

If you upload a list of contacts containing their first name, last name, and company URL, Uplead will enrich it with information such as the person’s job title, email address, phone number, social media links, etc.

A list of company URLs can be enriched with information on related industries, revenues, email addresses, numbers of employees, full company names, etc.

If all you’ve got is a list of emails, Uplead can add the contacts’ names, job titles, phone numbers, social media links, etc.
